Solution

We designed Elleven, a mobile-first Web3 platform that empowers artists to connect with their fans through live interactions, token-gated communities, and NFT drops. The app blends creativity, community, and digital ownership into one accessible experience, hiding the complexity of blockchain technology behind intuitive and emotionally resonant design. The result is a platform that feels vibrant, human, and creator-controlled.

Overview

As the UX/UI Designer, I helped shape the Elleven app from concept to interface. My focus was on creating seamless experiences for both creators and fans: giving artists tools to build and monetize their communities, while providing fans with simple, engaging ways to connect, support, and collect. The challenge was to make Web3 approachable without losing its potential for innovation and ownership.

Goal

The project aimed to:

  • Provide creators with a dynamic space to share, stream, and launch NFT drops

  • Enable fans to engage and collect through token-gated communities

  • Abstract the complexity of Web3 into simple, guided flows

  • Build a mobile-first platform that feels vibrant, accessible, and community-driven

Problem

Web3 platforms are often designed for technical users, making them intimidating for artists and fans. Creators needed a way to connect, monetize, and control their communities without struggling with crypto wallets or smart contracts. Fans, on the other hand, needed a frictionless, unified experience where they could engage in live streams, join token-gated chats, and collect digital art—all without navigating confusing blockchain mechanics.

Process

Research & Problem Definition
We explored how artists currently engage fans online and identified pain points in existing Web3 platforms. The insights showed a need for simplicity and emotional connection, as both creators and fans wanted a platform that felt human, creative, and easy to use—rather than technical and transactional.

Competitive Analysis
We studied creator-focused platforms in both Web2 (Patreon, Twitch) and Web3 (Mirror, Zora). Most either lacked strong community features or overwhelmed users with technical jargon. This highlighted the opportunity to design a creator-first Web3 app that feels mainstream-ready.

Design Approach
We crafted the app to feel alive, creative, and approachable, focusing on clarity and emotional engagement.

  • Separate flows for Creators and Fans, each tailored to their unique goals

  • Live interaction focus through streams, community channels, and chats

  • NFT drops designed as simple, guided flows with integrated wallet setup

  • Token-gated communities for exclusive content and fan engagement

  • Playful typography, animations, and colors to reinforce vibrancy and creativity

  • Mobile-first, scalable design system ensuring usability across devices

Reflection

Elleven reimagines how artists and fans can connect in the Web3 era, making digital ownership feel human and accessible. By prioritizing simplicity and emotional resonance, the app lowers the barriers to blockchain adoption while amplifying community and creativity. For me, this project showed how thoughtful design can make emerging technologies invisible, letting the human connection take center stage.

I have this vision that elleven will become a cultural hub, highlighting micro scenes in music and art.
