We redesigned the Viber for Business website with a focus on flexibility, modernity, and clarity. The new design communicates a friendly yet professional brand image, while offering a scalable structure that can grow with Viber’s business needs. Clean layouts, custom mechanics, and a light gradient-based visual style make the website both engaging and easy to navigate. The design system ensures consistency, readability, and adaptability across all pages.

Overview

Viber approached Qream Design Agency with the challenge of refreshing their B2B website. The old version no longer matched their evolving brand or product strategy. As the UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for rethinking the structure, improving usability, and designing product-focused pages that highlight Viber’s new business offerings.

Goal

The redesign was guided by a few key goals:

  • Showcase Viber’s new business products in a clear and appealing way

  • Strengthen the brand’s modern, dynamic, and approachable image

  • Create a flexible system that is easy to update and expand

  • Deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience across devices

Problem

Viber’s previous website had become outdated and rigid. Its structure made it difficult to introduce new products or make changes quickly. The design lacked flexibility and no longer resonated with the modern expectations of business users. As a result, the site failed to communicate Viber’s true value and limited its ability to scale with growth.

Process

Research & Problem Definition
We began by reviewing Viber’s evolving brand direction and collecting stakeholder input. This helped define the key problem: the need for a website that was not just attractive, but also scalable, flexible, and easy to maintain.

Competitive Analysis
I studied other B2B communication platforms to identify best practices in structure, interaction, and product presentation. This helped set benchmarks and inspired ideas for navigation and layout improvements.

Design Approach
The old website was cluttered and outdated. To improve it, we focused on:

  • Reorganized information architecture for clarity

  • Flexible layouts with modular components

  • Clean, modern aesthetic with light gradients and bold typography

  • Custom mechanics to engage users and highlight products

  • Responsive design for seamless cross-device experience

Reflection

The new Viber for Business website successfully transformed into a modern and scalable platform. It now communicates Viber’s identity as a dynamic, approachable, and professional brand. For me, this project was an opportunity to rethink structure at scale — ensuring flexibility for the client, while creating a delightful, easy-to-use experience for users.
